Rules & Regulation of using venue

1. No Smoking except for designated area - Kolkata Koffee House
2. Do NOT go into/near any existing army building on site.
3. Do NOT photograph any army building.
4. No Alcohol consumption is allowed in Puja Tent / Cultural tent.
5. All rubbish must be deposited in rubbish bins.
6. In case of a need to evacuate the venue. Please exit calmly via Dunman Road exit and gather in bus-stop OR exit via Guillemard Camp Road and gather on the road.
7. Do not remove any Military item found at venue.

Rules and Regulations of parking on Guillemard Camp Road

1. Follow Marshaller instructions on parking.
2. Parking on left shoulder of road only.
3. In case Army requires the road at short notice a public announcement will be made for cars to vacate the road within 20mins.
4. All vehicles must be removed every night.
